Great Hotel and View. Sparkling clean & attention to detail. Best Luxury hotel in Auckland. We reached the hotel due to early morning arrival from LAX. They provided us SPA access immediately to freshen up until our rooms were ready. We had awesome experience, My son celebrated 13th birth day and they made it extra special by sending awesome cake. Staff went out of their way to make our experience great.

Let's start with the good: great front desk staff, pretty nice gym (though a cable machine would be a good addition), great location -- watched the New Year's fireworks from our 7th floor balcony, nice infinity pool. Could use work: the split bathroom is just annoying, floors need better cleaning, and staff seemed to struggle with simple things like keeping bottled water and towels stocked at the pool and gym. Don't miss the great cafes nearby such as Wander. Would definitely stay here again but also hope they tune the few things that could use improvement.

Our experience at Park Hyatt Auckland was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we started planning our wedding to the customer service post the event, Ashleigh and the entire team exhibited the utmost professionalism and dedication. Ashleigh was instrumental in ensuring that our post-wedding concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. Her commitment to resolving issues and providing outstanding customer service truly made a difference. The venue itself was stunning, and the service provided was impeccable. Our wedding day was made memorable not only by the breathtaking setting but also by the staff's attentiveness and warmth. We highly recommend Park Hyatt Auckland for any event. Thank you to Ashleigh and the team for making our special day truly extraordinary.

Stunning views to a harbour filled with gorgeous yachts. The room was quiet and lovely inside. The reception staff went above and beyond in ensuring we were settled in and also with our bag storage and parking the following morning while we visited the sky tower. The area has many interesting bars and restaurants though the food on offer in the restaurant and in room service is equally tasty.

My partner and I came to New Zealand the first time for hiking. We booked a suite to relax for our last night in New Zealand. The front desk gave us a warm welcome and upgraded us a bigger suite. It is EXCEPTIONAL. We have stayed in a variety of Hyatt hotels in the states from lower end to top tier, and I have to say none of them can compete the hospitality here. Thanks Park Hyatt Auckland, for giving an unforgettable ending to our New Zealand journey.

Not a good service. We travelled over from hobbsonville to have a nice breakfast and were not made welcome as we have a small dog and were told that as we were not hotel guests we could not get breakfast even thought there were seats available outside. Very poor from what we thought was a good class of establishment.

Stayed here twice, one night each on our arriving and departing days from NZ. Service was beyond amazing - I have Explorist status and received a room upgrade both times. Room service was delicious and was delivered very quickly. Spa facilities were amazing - can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!!

Nice hotel. Rooms are pretty. However, I did not appreciate the late night club music with heavy bass blaring through the walls of our room. Not sure where it was coming from. No 5-star hotel should have this type of environment nearby; it felt more like a hostel.
